Dear Philippe and Friends of Pine Ridge Enfance Solidarité,
Thank you for your generous donation of $1,455.00 and for supporting the needs of Oglala Lakota families on the Pine Ridge Reservation. Your gift is especially appreciated during this extraordinary time. We are so grateful for your dedication to our cause and will dispense the funds as directed-for the seven sponsored families and our essential wood program.
The COVID virus has inevitably invaded the Reservation. We have made critical changes to our Food Delivery Program. During this emergency, we are joining forces with The Tribe, Emergency Services, Feeding South Dakota and the District CAP Offices. In an effort to provide fresh, nutritious food to as many people as possible, we will be delivering food boxes to an announced location in each district. We will also be distributing household and hygiene items.
Despite the current crisis, One Spirit continues to forge ahead with new initiatives while strengthening and expanding our current programs. We now move more food than we ever thought possible. The Charging Buffalo Meat House has entered its final phase for full FDA licencing. Our Allen Youth Center and Allen community are so looking forward to the completion of their new laundry facility that our donors have made possible. We are also excited to announce we have reached our fundraising goal to obtain land in Kyle for our farming initiative!
None of this would be possible without YOU and our wonderful community of donors. WOPILA!!
Gratefully,

The COVID virus has inevitably invaded the Reservation; for many reasons the People are terrified. Chief Bear Runner has initiated a shelter in place order, and residents will temporarily not be able to travel in or out of their district. It is critical that the People, who are predisposed to many health issues, be separated from the virus as best they can. Our delivery crew has been provided with masks, gloves and face shields. Thank you for answering our call for help.
Despite the current crisis, One Spirit continues to forge ahead with new initiatives while strengthening and expanding our current programs. We now move more food than we ever thought possible. We have land on which greenhouses and gardening have been started. The Charging Buffalo Meat House has entered its final phase for full FDA licencing. Our Allen Youth Center remains closed to groups, but our staff provides take away or staff delivered meals and snacks when possible.
None to this would be possible if not for you and our wonderful community of donors.

Dear Philippe and Friends of Pine Ridge Enfance Soldarite,
Thank you for your generous donation of $1040.00 and for supporting the needs of Oglala Lakota families on the Pine Ridge Reservation. Your gift is especially appreciated during this extraordinary time. The contribution from your group will feed 16 families! WOPILA!
Your support will help One Spirit to continue providing delivery of fresh, nutritious food. Our goal right now is to get as much food as possible out to all of the Pine Ridge communities. Residents, despite the lockdown, lured by lower prices, are traveling outside their borders to purchase essential items.
